Seeing flowers move - 2
Gallileo said, 'It still moves.'
from
Bowl of white hyacinths
I swear that hyacinth dances, and I'm not alas drunk.
David Henschel wrote an ecumenical version of the Lord’s Prayer, or possibly a version which could be described as spiritual but not specifically Christian. I remember quite liking it at the time (mid 70’s). Have you come across it?
Thank you for your question. I believe the manuscript still exists.
David wrote a whole commentary on the Lord's Prayer which extended to a long series of assembly talks as I remember. I understand David valued it more than he valued his poetry.
If I can get permission I may publish it, however nothing is certain about this right now.
